    【摘要】目的 探讨“药物过敏试验专用尺”在临床上的应用效果。“药物过敏试验专用尺”与传统的直尺测量法,目测估计法相比,各组之间药物过敏试验的阳性率比较。方法 将120名需做药物过敏试验的患者,由固定的护士做好试验后,分别在随机编入的目测组,直尺组和专用尺组依次进行皮试结果判定,比较三组的阳性率。结果 三组药物过敏试验的阳性率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 由于‘药物过敏试验专用尺’设计规范、科学合理,使用方便、直观,故对试验结果的判定具有权威性。为提高药物过敏试验的准确率,减少不必要的护理纠纷发生,建议推广使用“药物过敏试验专用尺”这一护理工具。
