    【摘要】目的 探讨利用高分子材料无张力修补老年性腹股沟疝的疗效。方法 选择60岁以上腹股沟疝患者44例先行疝囊颈结扎,然后采用Bard公司网状补片修补,伞状网塞固定于疝囊颈结扎处 ,成型片状补片平铺于精索后缝合固定于耻骨结节、联合腱、内环、腹股沟韧带。结果 修补腹股沟斜疝40例,直疝4例。男 41例,女3例,合并肝硬化腹水1例,一侧复发6次再次手术1例。全组均治愈,平均住院日7 天,平均术后12天拆线,术后随访1年,复发1例,旷置远端疝囊积液2例。结论应用Bard公司网状补片无张力修补老年腹股沟疝疗效肯定,手术时间短,操作简化,复发率低 ,适应症较广,基层值得推广应用。
