【摘要】目的 探讨在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术中的护理作用和方法。方法 对68例CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术患者给予积极的术前、术中、术后的护理干预。结果 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术穿刺成功率98.5%,确诊率98.5%,总并发症发生率8.8%。结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术给予积极的术前、术中、术后的护理干预对提高活检阳性率,减少并发症的发生有非常重要作用。

    【Abstract】Objective To investigatetheeffect and methods of nursing care in the progress of CT-guided percutaneous pulmonary puncture biopsy. Methods 68 casesaccepted activenursinginterference during,pre and post the operation. ResultsThe achievement ratioof CT –guided percutaneous pulmonary puncture biopsy was 98.5%, accuracy rate was 98.5%,the total rate of complication was 8.8%. Conclusion Active nursing interference in the progress of CT –guided percutaneous pulmonary puncture biopsy could contributeto improve thepositive rate and reduce the complication.
