茵陈蒿汤加减治疗湿热熏蒸型黄疸疗效观察

【摘要】目的 观察茵陈蒿汤加减治疗新生儿湿热熏蒸型黄疸的疗效。方法 将75例新生儿湿热熏蒸型黄疸患儿随机分为两组,治疗组给予常规对症治疗加茵陈蒿汤加减口服,对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察疗效。结果 治疗7天后,治疗组临床症状改善明显优于对照组,且未出现明显的毒副作用及不良反应。结论 茵陈蒿汤加减治疗新生儿湿热熏蒸型黄疸疗效显著。
