精神心理因素与非糜烂性胃食管反流病临床观察

【摘要】目的 探讨精神心里因素在NERD发病中的作用。方法 65例NERD患者随机分为A治疗组,B对照组。两组均服用埃索美拉唑20mg一日一次,治疗组加用黛利新1粒一日二次口服,疗程4周。结果 治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为63.6%。结论 治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性,精神心里因素在NERD发病中 起着重要作用。
