【摘要】目的 探讨cTnI与CK-MB联合检测在急性心肌梗死(AMI)诊断中的应用价值。方法 采用免疫分析法、酶免疫法分别测定48例AMI患者、39例稳定性心绞痛(SA)患者、44例不稳定性心绞痛(UA)患者、18例心力衰竭患者和30例健康体检者cTnI和CK-MB。结果 AMI组cTnI和CK-MB明显高于其他四组(P<0.01),两者联合检测阳性率高于单独检测。结论 cTnI与CK-MB联合检测对AMI早期诊断有一定价值。
