2 结语
在目前针刺临床研究的设计中，设定假针刺对照组主要用以排除心理暗示的作用。虽然关于针刺作用的特异性与非特异性之间的差异多数不明显，但由于目前缺乏公认的假针刺对照方法，其研究结果有待于进一步予以证实。针灸的具体方法存在着许多不同的形式，包括毫针、艾灸、电针、头针、耳针、穴位注射、拔罐等。由于对各种疾病状态下最佳针灸治疗方法的选择多数存在不同的观点，可能会导致某些研究中患者未能得到最好的治疗。因此，公认的最佳针刺方法的缺乏明显阻碍了针刺的临床实践以及对针刺临床研究结果的客观解释[35]。值得注意的是，近些年临床研究中也出现了一些对于针刺作用机理的有益探索。
针刺作为我国传统医学的重要组成部分，正在逐步为世界医学界所广泛应用和重视，如何更加深入、客观地评价针刺的临床疗效，并科学阐明其生物学机制，应是今后研究的方向和重点。
