摘要：近年糖尿病发病率逐渐攀升，随之而来的医疗费用居高不下、卫生资源紧缺等问题使其成为我国卫生服务管理的重点慢性疾病。中医药治疗糖尿病具有明显的优势，使构建中医院协同社区医疗机构间的糖尿病双向转诊模式方兴未艾。本文回顾了目前大中型医院与周边社区实行糖尿病双向转诊的基本情况，结合中医治疗糖尿病的现状，探讨中医院糖尿病转诊就医模式的意义，强调实施双向转诊的可行性及有效性，为进一步开展中医院与社区医疗机构间糖尿病双向转诊的医疗模式提供思路。
