北京积水潭医院2010—2012年中药饮片使用情况分析

摘要：目的 通过分析本院2010-2012年中药饮片使用情况，为合理制定采购计划、储备饮片、保障临床用药提供依据。方法 采用用药频度(DDDs)、限定日剂量、限定日费用分析，统计本院2010-2012年中药饮片的销售量、销售金额、年用量排序前10位的中药饮片。结果 2010-2012年本院中药饮片的年销量、金额呈增长趋势。3年中销量前10位的饮片中相同的有7种，其DDDs值均呈上升趋势，中药饮片的日用药金额总体趋于平稳。结论 本院中药饮片使用基本合理，做好中药饮片年度分析对中药饮片库房管理有积极意义。
