摘要：目的 了解中医类医院实施成本核算所需基础数据的可得性。方法 2013年采用问卷调查等方式，对1588家公立中医类医院成本核算数据进行基线调查。结果 科室基础数据(含全院职工及科室人员可统计比例、临床科室可独立划分为门诊科室和住院科室比例)、房屋建筑数据可得性较好；水电气费用、内部服务量数据可得性较差。结论 ①各公立中医类医院需完善和细化成本基础数据；②不同类型、不同级别医院成本基础数据可得性存在一定差异；③公立中医类医院全面开展成本核算还存在较大困难，需要相关部门给予大力支持。
