论中医脾功能变化与糖脂代谢关系(1)
摘要：糖尿病以糖脂代谢紊乱为主要临床表现。中焦脾运化水谷精微，为气血生化之源，为糖脂代谢提供了物质基础。脾虚湿阻产生的痰饮瘀血与糖尿病糖脂代谢异常所形成的高糖、高脂、高凝血症及血管内皮损害密切相关。本文通过探讨中焦脾功能变化与糖脂代谢之间关系，旨在为临床防治糖尿病提供一定的理论依据。
