表观遗传学在中医药研究中的应用(1)

     摘要：表观遗传学的改变已被认为是最有前途的疾病防治新战略。中医药通过表观遗传学调控基因表达，可参与细胞凋亡、增殖、分化及细胞周期调控、免疫、炎症、代谢等病理生理过程。本文对目前表观遗传学研究较为热门的DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和miRNA调控在中医药研究中的应用进行了概述。
