摘要：“穴性”的提出对腧穴的研究产生了重大影响。类比中药的药性-功效-主治描述模式，提出“穴性-功效-主治轴”的腧穴描述模式。具体从三方面进行：整理、形成和完善穴性理论；根据穴性理论和目前腧穴主治确定功效；通过归纳的功效条理化腧穴主治，并逐渐精简和补充。从而有利于腧穴的深入研究及系统学习与记忆，促进针灸临床思维的形成，更好地指导临床应用。
