维药成熟与清除疗法对咸味黏液质型银屑病血清代谢组学的影响(1)
摘要:目的 通過代谢组学方法,研究咸味黏液质成熟与清除疗法对咸味黏液质型银屑病患者体内物质代谢的影响。方法 采用核磁共振(NMR)技术测定维药咸味黏液质成熟与清除疗法治疗前后咸味黏液质型银屑病患者及健康志愿者血清代谢物,使用正交偏最小二乘法判别分析研究血清内源性化合物在治疗前组、治疗后组与正常对照组间的差异。结果 与正常对照组比较,治疗前组血清中极低密度脂蛋白、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、缬氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸、蛋氨酸、乳酸、乙酸、糖蛋白、乙酰半胱氨酸、谷氨酰胺、丙酮、肉碱、肌酸、丙二酸、β-葡萄糖、α-葡萄糖、肌醇、胆碱、甘氨酸、低密度脂蛋白明显升高,酪氨酸、组氨酸、甲酸明显降低(P<0.05)。与治疗前组比较,治疗后组血清中β-葡萄糖、α-葡萄糖明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 咸味黏液质型银屑病患者血清中氨基酸代谢、脂类代谢、糖代谢等出现不同程度异常。维药咸味黏液质成熟与清除疗法可能通过调节患者体内紊乱的糖代谢来实现治疗作用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Uyghur Medicine Munziq and Mushil’s therapy on the metabolic changes in serum of patients with abnormal phlegmatic type psoriasis by NMR based metabonomic method. Methods NMR technology were used to detect serum of patients with abnormal phlegmatic type psoriasis before and after treated by Munzig and Mushil’s therapy. OPLS-DA was used to study the differences of serum endogenous compounds between pre-treatment, post-treatment and normal control groups. Results Compared with normal control group, levels of some metabolites including VLDL, isoleucine, leucine, valine, lactate, threonine, alanine, methionine, acetic acid, glycoprotein, acetylcysteine, glutamine, acetone, carnitine, creatine, malonic acid, β-glucose, α-glucose, inositol, choline, glycine and LDL in serum increased significantly, while levels of tyrosine, histidine, and formic acid decreased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, levels of β-glucose and α-glucose decreased significantly after treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of amino acid metabolism, lipid metabolism and glucose metabolism in patients with abnormal phlegmatic type psoriasis are abnormal to different degrees.
