摘要：老年人肺部耐药菌株感染日益增多，给临床抗生素的选用带来困难。笔者从中西医结合角度出发，针对老年人肺部耐药菌株感染“正虚、痰湿”的病机关键，采用扶正清化法，取得满意疗效。
