摘要：李应存教授认为小儿内伤咳嗽是因肺脾虚弱，痰自内生。肺失宣肃，肺气上逆作咳，脾虚生痰上贮于肺。小儿脏腑娇弱，应主扶正，宜宣肺健脾、益气固表。紫苏煎是敦煌古医方中内科医方分类下的方剂之一，李应存教授古为今用，将该方临床灵活化裁治疗小儿内伤咳嗽，收效颇佳。
