     摘要：癌性发热的中医治疗多强调辨证论治。本文通过回顾1例癌性发热的治疗过程，认识到癌性发热的治疗不仅需要辨证论治，也需要与辨病相结合。辨病与辨证相结合治疗癌性发热会取得良好的疗效。
