摘要：针刀治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征具有显效快、操作简单等优点，但由于术者对该病认识不足及操作熟练程度不同，治疗效果也存在差异。本文介绍以“分期分段分层”为指导原则，在治疗该病时能提高疗效，便于各层次临床医师的临床操作。
