    decreased (P<0.01). The expressions of 5-LOX， 12-LOX and 15-LOX mRNA in electroacupuncture group and Baicalein group significantly decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion Electroacupuncture therapy may reduce the pain response and restore the impairment of sciatic nerve in DPN rats through inhibiting the gene expression of LOXs in spinal cord.
