摘要：《伤寒论》“六经病欲解时”理论历来颇受医家争议，医家更多关注“缓解时”，而忽略其含有“出现时”“加重时”及根据时间规律治病的内涵。本文根据“六经病欲解时”理论，分别结合从少阳、太阴、阳明病欲解时论治咳嗽、口干口苦、面红的案例，分析了“六经病欲解时”理论的临床辨证思路及特点。
