摘要：目的 了解重庆市中医院(以下简称“本院”)中药处方应用现状和规律，为中药房管理和中医临床合理用药提供参考。方法 随机抽取本院2016年1-12月门诊中藥处方8756张，采用分类汇总的方法进行统计，分析目前中药处方用药的基本规律及存在的问题。结果 本院中药处方开具较多的有名医馆(27.67%)、治未病中心(13.67%)和肿瘤科(13.35%)，患者多为中老年人(45～75岁65.90%)，16～20味药的共4326张(49.41%)，3～7剂4921张(56.20%)，单张处方金额100～300元共2777张(31.71%)，单剂金额21.00～80.00元共5500张(62.81%)。结论 本院中药处方用药基本合理，但仍有部分处方用药味数偏多、剂量偏大、金额偏高。

    Abstract： Objective To understand the present situation and regularity of the application of TCM prescriptions in Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”)； To provide references for TCM pharmacy management and rational medication in clinic.
