摘要：目的 探讨慢性胃炎证候要素，为其辨证论治提供依据。方法 采用预先设计的量表，对300例慢性胃炎患者进行流行病学调查，通过因子分析提取证素。结果 因子分析提取6个公因子(证素)，病位要素为肝、脾、胃，病性要素为气虚、气滞、血瘀、郁热、湿阻、湿热，与临床实践相符。结论 采用因子分析法对慢性胃炎进行证素研究可行，可为本病辨证论治提供依据。
