摘要：胆囊癌发病隐匿，多由基础病变伴发慢性炎症而诱发，手术切除病灶后仍需积极治疗以减轻术后并发症及预防复发转移。根据中医学理论，由于手术创伤出血成瘀、肝胆失疏气滞血瘀、中焦湿聚血滞成瘀，加之气郁、痰湿、瘀血、阴血亏虚化而成热，故胆囊癌术后患者表现为瘀热搏结的病机特點。据此，本文提出治疗当采用清热活血法为主，配合疏利肝胆、利湿排毒之法，并举临床典型病例加以说明。
