摘要：取象比类是中医学的基本思维方法之一，在皮肤科应用广泛，对于病情复杂、迁延反复的血瘀型银屑病，可运用取象比类法直观辨证，并指导分析病因病机、确立治疗方法，为中医药治疗银屑病提供新思路。
