摘要：花椒性温味辛，药食两用，其生物碱成分具有广泛药理作用，在药品及食品方面有较好的开发前景。我国花椒资源丰富，深入研究其有效成分将推动产业经济的转型及提升。本文对花椒生物碱的提取、含量检测及药理作用研究现状进行梳理，为花椒的高效利用提供参考。
