摘要：中医证候模型是研究疾病发生发展及中医药作用机制的有效工具，促进了中医病因病机、辨证论治的深入研究，证候模型的研发和使用是中医药现代化发展的重要环节。本文总结了现有几类证候模型的复制方法及其优缺点，并阐述目前证候模型研究和使用的必要性和意义。
