摘要：目的 建立金樱子指纹图谱，为提高金樱子质量标准奠定基础，为规范金樱子饮片市场及确保药材内在质量的均一性和稳定性提供较全面的质量控制手段。方法 采用HPLC结合《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012版)》对金樱子指纹图谱进行相似度评价并建立共有模式，采用SPSS19.0软件进行聚类分析。结果 初步建立了金樱子HPLC指纹图谱，确定了10个不同产地金樱子指纹图谱的9个共有峰。结论 本方法建立的HPLC指纹图谱可用于金樱子质量评价。
