摘要：本文通过对李东垣升阳除湿法源流及作用特点进行分析，阐述了溃疡性结肠炎的基本病机与升阳除湿法之间的关系，为使用升阳除湿法治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供理论依据。

    Abstract： This article expounded the basic TCM pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis and its relationship with elevating yang and eliminating dampness according to analysis on the origin and function characteristics of LI Dong-yuan’s therapy of Shengyang Chushi Method (elevating yang and eliminating dampness)， with a purpose to provide theoretical basis for Shengyang Chushi Method in treating ulcerative colitis.
