摘要：男性生殖泌尿系统解脲支原体感染是常见的生殖系统疾病，严重危害男性健康，甚至可导致感染性不育。本文基于中医“阴平阳秘”理论，认为本病素体肾阴虚是其本质，湿热瘀滞、结于下焦是其根本病因病机，治疗上应采用滋阴补肾、清热利湿、解毒化浊法。
