摘要：“聚于胃关于肺”是肺系疾病发生的关键病机。胃与肺、“谷道”与“气道”在生理和病理上关系密切。广西壮族居民因天气及地域原因，其肺系疾病发病有其自身特点。基于“聚于胃关于肺”理论，本文运用壮医药“三道两路”理论，从调“谷道”通“气道”论治肺系疾病，收到较好临床疗效。

    Abstract： “Gathering in stomach and influencing lung” is the key pathogenesis of pulmonary diseases. Stomach and lung， “food road” and “airway” are closely related to physiology and pathology. Because of the weather and geographical reasons， Zhuang Nationality in Guangxi has its own characteristics of lung diseases.
