摘要：干燥综合征常见于中老年女性，是一种自身免疫性疾病，发病机制较为复杂，其病变由外分泌腺涉及多个脏腑，尤以肝、脾为主。肝藏血、主疏泄，助五脏气化功能以布津;脾升清、主运化，为气血津液生化之源。本文结合案例，介绍了疏肝健脾法治疗干燥综合征的应用，可为临床诊疗提供一定参考。
