摘要：陆长清主任医师认为，胆汁反流性胃炎的病因多为情志失调、饮食不节等，肝胆疏泄失调是其基本病机，气机郁滞贯穿始终并影响疾病转归。其病位虽在肝胃，但与五脏相关，治以疏肝解郁、理气安胃，五脏并调，自创疏郁安胃汤加减，疗效满意。
