摘要：胃痞因其病理性质寒热错杂、虚实相兼、气血同病常常出现，使病情反复发作，缠绵难愈。王道坤教授临证对因气郁、痰郁、血郁杂至而成的胃痞，运用疏肝理气、和胃化痰、化瘀消痞之法，结合数十年经验，以自拟疏肝和胃汤加减治疗，同时注重配合情志疏导、饮食指导等多种疗法，常获佳效。本文对王教授运用疏肝和胃汤治疗胃痞经验进行总结。
