摘要：目的 研究不同采收期广升麻产量及其蜕皮甾酮的含量，为广升麻标准化栽培过程中采收期的确定提供依据。方法 于不同采收期采集广升麻植株，称重法测定其根质量;HPLC测定根中蜕皮甾酮含量，色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，流动相为甲醇-水(45︰55，V/V)，流速1.0 mL/min，检测波长248 nm，柱温30 ℃，进样量10 μL。结果 不同采收期广升麻植株根质量和根中蜕皮甾酮含量均呈动态变化。根质量在10月下旬达到最大值，之后基本稳定;蜕皮甾酮含量于11月上旬达到最高，其后稍有下降。结论 综合根产量、蜕皮甾酮含量和广升麻植株物候期，确定广升麻根的最佳采收期为11月上、中旬。
