摘要：目前临床对中医体质类型的划分一般以阴、阳、气、血、津液的偏颇失衡为原则，不同体质对骨质疏松的易患性不同。三甲复脉汤是在滋阴复脉的加减复脉汤基础上加牡蛎、鳖甲、龟甲而成，介壳类药物质重下潜，浓浊厚味，填补肝肾之阴，使亏损之阴精得以再生，具有滋阴潜阳、益肾健骨之功，从而能够治疗阴虚质骨质疏松症。本文介绍三甲复脉汤治疗阴虚质骨质疏松症可获得良好疗效，值得临床借鉴。
