摘要：迄今，肝气虚证在临床上鲜有提及，对肝虚证分类只有肝血、肝阴不足。然而，临床上肝气虚证并不少见，《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》已明确记载肝气虚证表现及其主方大补肝汤，验之临床，颇有成效。本文基于《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》大补肝汤之义重新探解剖析肝气虚证及其相应治法，希冀有益于临床发挥。
