摘要：目的 探索通滞苏润江胶囊所致药物不良反应(ADR)的发生特点及规律，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 回顾性调研河南省洛阳正骨医院2009年1月-2018年3月72例通滞苏润江胶囊ADR发生情况，并对相关数据进行统计分析。结果 72例ADR病例中，40岁以上患者居多(79.17%);联合用药ADR发生率(58.33%)高于单用药(41.67%);77.78%发生在用药后24 h内;胃肠道损害发生率最高(55.91%)，其次为神经系统损害(16.13%)和皮肤及附件损害(13.98%)。结论 临床应加强通滞苏润江胶囊的用药监测，积极开展用药宣教，以保障患者用药安全。
