Interpretation of “Opening and Closing Pivot” Theory Based on Cell Bioelectricity Phenomenon

Abstract： This article applied “bioelectricity phenomenon” of modern medicine to the theory of “opening and closing pivot” of TCM， solving the “pivot” of “opening and closeing pivot” by “voltage-gated ion channel”， solving the “opening” of “opening and closing pivot” by “depolarization of action potential and its generation principle”， and solving the “closing” of “opening and closing pivot” by “the bipolar phase of action potential and its generating principle”. It explored the modern medical principles of the theory of “opening and closing pivots” in TCM， and provided references for expanding the clinical thinking of TCM.

“开阖枢”理论源自《素问·阴阳离合论篇》“愿闻三阴三阳之离合也……太阳为开，阳明为阖，少阳为枢……太阴为开，厥阴为阖，少阴为枢……”，是中医基础理论重要组成部分。后世多用“门户”之说进行描述，认为出入之门有开有阖，门轴则为掌控开阖的枢纽[1]。其实质是解释人体阴阳出入变化：太阳、太阴为开，以太阳膀胱之气化宣发布散阳气、阴津，固护肌表及周身;以太阴肺、脾之气运化水谷精微，营养脏腑、组织。少阳、少阴为枢，以少阳胆、三焦之气化传输元气、津液通达一身上下;以少阴心、肾之气推动血液、阴精的生成，濡养机体。阳明、厥阴为阖，以阳明胃闭阖阳气、厥阴肝闭阖阴血于胃肠、肝中，助机体腐熟运化水谷、滋养脏腑组织器官的功能活动。
就现代医学而言，无论安静或活动，机体组织细胞都有电的变化，称为生物电现象[2]。機体通过细胞
新陈代谢实现生长发育及生理功能，如心脏泵血及躯体和内脏运动、呼吸、消化等功能，都是在生物电现象基础上，由细胞内外带电离子通过细胞膜孔道进出细胞产生电位差而实现。生物电现象在细胞基本代谢过程，细胞凋亡、细胞增殖或分化，维持体内稳态中起到重要作用，其中涉及静息电位产生、动作电位产生、离子通道介导等相关作用机制。
笔者认为以“开阖枢”理论阐释机体阴阳出入变化及三阴三阳经开阖枢对机体生理活动的影响，与“生物电现象”引起细胞功能活动是相通的，故基于细胞“生物电现象”阐释“开阖枢”理论，以探究中医“开阖枢”理论的现代医学原理，为中医临证拓展思路提供借鉴。
