Results Compare with the model group， W/D values and AI of TCM group and dexamethasone group were lower at most postoperative time points (P<0.05， P<0.01)， but there was no statistical significance in W/D values and AI between TCM group and dexamethasone group (P>0.05). The content of TNF-α in alveolar lavage fluid in TCM group and dexamethasone group was significantly lower than that in the model group at different postoperative time points (P<0.01). The content of TNF-α in alveolar lavage fluid in TCM group was higher than that in the dexamethasone group at each postoperative time point (P<0.01). The expression of Fas protein in lung tissues of TCM group and dexamethasone group was lower than that of the model group at 48 h and 72 h after operation (P<0.05) ......
