西安市第一医院2017年1月-2018年1月住院患者使用注射用益气复脉(冻干)粉针合理性评价(1)

     摘要：目的 通過分析西安市第一医院(以下简称“本院”)住院患者注射用益气复脉(冻干)粉针使用合理性，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 采用回顾性研究方法对本院2017年1月-2018年1月住院患者1048例使用注射用益气复脉(冻干)粉针的病历进行统计，对适应症、给药剂量、给药频次、溶媒、用药疗程、配伍等情况进行分析。结果 注射用益气复脉适应症符合率81.08%，给药剂量适宜比例29.01%，给药频次合理率100%，溶媒选择适宜比例94.64%，溶媒剂量合理率100%，疗程合理率5.06%，混合配伍比例4.01%。结论 本院使用注射用益气复脉(冻干)粉针存在不合理现象，为保证用药安全合理，建议临床医师严格按照药品说明书用药。

Abstract： Objective To analyze the use rationality of Yiqi Fumai (freeze-dried) Injection for hospitalized patients in the First Hospital of Xi’an (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”); To provide references for clinical rational medication. Methods The retrospective study was carried out on the medical records of 1048 cases of hospitalized patients using Yiqi Fumai (freeze-dried) Injection in our hospital from Janury 2017 to Janury 2018. The indications， dosage， frequency， solvent， course of treatment， and compatibility were analyzed. Results The investigation results showed that about 81.08% Yiqi Fumai Injection were consistent with the indications; appropriate dosage was 29.01%; standard administration frequency was 100%; appropriate solvent selection was 94.64%; reasonable solvent dosage was 100%; rational course of treatment was 5.06%; mixed compatibility was 4.01%. Conclusion The use of Yiqi Fumai (freeze-dried) Injection in our hospital has some unreasonable aspects. In order to ensure the safety and rationality of medication， it is recommended that clinicians should strictly follow the instructions of medicine.
