Abstract£º Objective To comment and analyze inpatient prescriptions using Huachansu Injection in Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (hereinafter referred to as ¡°Longhua Hospital¡±); To provide references for improving the quality of inpatient prescriptions and promoting rational medication. Methods Longhua Hospital Prescription Analysis System was used to screen the use of Huachansu Injection in Longhua Hospital from December 1£¬ 2016 to December 1£¬ 2017£¬ involving 12 827 inpatient prescriptions from 753 patients. The indications£¬ usage and dosage£¬ combination medication and adverse reactions were evaluated£¬ and statistical analysis was conducted to judge the rationality of medication. Results There were 4953 unreasonable medical prescriptions£¬ accounting for 38.61%. The main problems of unreasonable medication prescriptions£º inappropriate solvent£¬ overdose£¬ repeated use£¬ and drug interactions. Conclusion There is an unreasonable situation in the inpatient prescriptions of Longhua Hospital using Huachansu Injection.
