电针对不同阶段SAMP8小鼠学习记忆能力及海马区突触素和突触后致密物-95表达的影响(2)

and Western blot. Results Compared with the control group, the escape latency of the model group was significantly prolonged, the residence time of the original platform quadrant was significantly shortened, and the number of crossing the original platform was significantly reduced, with statistical significance (P<0.05, P<0.01). The expression of SYN and PSD-95 protein in hippocampus of model group significantly decreased (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the escape latency of the mice in each electroacupuncture group was significantly shortened, the residence time of the original platform quadrant was significantly prolonged, and the number of crossing the original platform significantly increased, with statistical significance (P<0.05, P<0.01). The expressions of SYN and PSD-95 protein in hippocampus of mice in each electroacupuncture group significantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), and were most significant in the 3-month-old electroacupuncture group (P<0.01). Conclusion Electroacupuncture can improve the learning and memory ability of SAMP8 mice, promote the expressions of SYN and PSD-95 in the hippocampus, and improve the synaptic function.

    阿爾茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)是一种起病隐匿且与年龄相关的退行性神经系统疾病,主要表现为进行性认知功能退化、记忆丧失和行为障碍等。其早期突出的病理特征为神经元的丢失与突触损伤[1-2]。近年来,突触功能在AD防治中备受重视,保持突触的稳态平衡可能是AD治疗的新策略[3]。研究表明,电针能增强SAMP8小鼠突触功能[4-5],但目前关于电针治疗AD时机的研究报道较少。故本实验对3、6、9个月不同月龄SAMP8小鼠进行电针治疗,运用Morris水迷宫实验检测小鼠学习记忆能力,免疫组化和Western blot检测与突触可塑性密切相关的突触素(synaptophysin,SYN)和突触后致密物-95(postsynaptic density-95,PSD-95)的表达,从突触可塑性角度探讨电针治疗AD的时机。, http://www.100md.com(赵恩聪 郑家勇 郭婉清 洪苗苗 林岚 王丰 董卫国)
