【摘 要】目的分析铁路机车乘务员身体健康现状，确保铁路运输生产安全。方法对634名机车乘务员(观察组)和667名非机车乘务员(对照组)测量血压，检查心电图、B超、X线胸透，测定血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和空腹血糖。结果观察组血压、血脂、血糖和B超检查异常检出率分别为63.72%、62.46%、16.72%、73.82%，明显高于对照组47.38%、33.43%，12.14%、48.73%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心电图和X线胸透检查异常检出率分别为31.55%、4.26%；对照组为31.63%、3.15%，两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论铁路机车乘务员健康状况不容乐观，应采取有效的干预措施。

    【Abstract】 Objective To assess the health status of engine drivers in locomotive depot. Methods 634 engine drivers in locomotive depot of Qingdao railway and 667 controls were selected. The blood pressure, ECG, B-ultrasound, and X-ray were measured. Blood samples were collected from each subject and levels of cholesterol, triglyceride and blood sugar were routinely measured. ResultsThere was significant difference in the blood pressure, serum lipids, serum sugar and B-ultrasound between the engine drivers and the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the ECG and X-ray (P>0.05). Conclusion The health status of engine drivers appears to be a big problem, and the effective intervention measures should be taken on them. ......
