【摘 要】 目的 通过对26例健康体检者抽血晕针原因进行分析，并提出护理对策。方法 根据26例抽血晕针者的临床资料，分别在性别、年龄、是否空腹、是否首次，以及其他方面进行分析。结果 抽血晕针与年龄、性别、心理因素、护士的言行及操作技术密切相关。结论 良好安静的环境，护士细心观察，态度和蔼，静脉穿刺技术熟练，做好抽血前、中、后的心理指导，提高抽血者心理应变能力，消除刺激因素，是降低抽血晕针发生的有效措施。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo propose the nursing tactics by analyzing 26 cases of syncope while taking blood in physical health examination. Methods The data of 26 people with syncope of taking blood such as the age, the sex, whether the stomach was empty, whether it was the first time and other factors were analyzed. Results The syncope with taking blood was related with the sex, the age, the psychological factor, the nurse's words and deeds, and the skill of operation. Conclusion It is an effective measure for decrease of the syncope with taking blood to have the quiet environment, carefully observe with kind manner and skills of nurses, have psychological tutorship, increase capability psychological reply, and eliminate excitement factors. ......
