    【摘要】 目的 分析特勤人员右束支阻滞心电图特点，为其健康鉴定提供参考依据。方法 逐例分析右束支阻滞心电特点及临床体检资料。结果 右束支阻滞患病率为0.8%(47/5 952)，其中不完全性右束支阻滞 29例(0.5%)，完全性右束支阻滞 18例(0.3%)；完全性右束支阻滞 QRS时限在0.12～0.14 s者12例(66.7%)、0.15～0.16 s者6例(33.3%)；完全性右束支阻滞者QTc间期>0.44 s有5例(27.8%)，但JTc间期均正常(<0.36 s)；45例(95.7%)右束支阻滞存在多年无变化，健康鉴定结论合格，2例(4.3%)出现动态变化，定为暂不合格。结论 特勤人员右束支阻滞绝大多数为非病理性，健康鉴定结论合格，但对右束支阻滞有动态变化或40岁以上发生者，应注意结合临床体检资料综合鉴定。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo analyze the ECG characteristics of right bundle branch block in the personnel of special service and provide the reference for health identification.Methods The ECG characteristics of right bundle branch block and the clinical examination features in all cases were analyzed.Results The occurrence rate of right bundle branch block was 0.8%(47/5 952),including incomplete right bundle branch block 29 cases (0.5%)and complete right bundle branch block 19 cases(0.3%).In the cases of complete right bundle branch block,QTc interval >0.44 s occurred in 5 cases (27.8%),but JTc interval was normal(<0.36 s).No changes occurred for years in 45 cases,among whom 2 cases (4.3%)qualified in health identification had dynamic changes and were disqualified temporally.Conclusion The right bundle branch block in majority of personnel of special service is not pathological and identified as qualified.However,For those with dynamic change of right bundle branch block or aged more than 40,the clinical data should also be taken into consideration in identification. ......
