褐藻酸钾干预脂代谢的实验研究

【摘 要】 目的 观察褐藻酸钾(PA)对脂类吸收、血脂水平、脂肪存贮的影响。方法 分别以不同剂量的PA(1%、2%、4%)掺入高脂饲料喂养大鼠,周期90 d,试验期间检测大鼠粪便中脂肪、胆固醇含量,血浆三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL),体重变化,以及肾脏、睾丸周围脂肪含量。结果 受试组粪便脂肪、胆固醇含量高于对照组,组间差异有非常显著意义;受试组血脂(TG、TC、VLDL)低于对照组,组间差异有显著和非常显著意义;受试组体重增长和肾、睾丸周围脂肪含量低于对照组,组间差异有显著意义。结论 PA有阻止脂类吸收、下调血脂水平、减少脂肪存贮等干预脂代谢的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of potassium alginate (PA) on absorption of lipids, the level of blood lipid and deposit of fat.Methods Rats were fed with high-lipid feedstuff including 1%,2% and 4% PA for 90 day.The contents of fat and cholesterol in the feces,and the serum triglyceride (TG),the total cholesterol (TC)and very low density lipoprotein (VLDL)were determined as well as the change of body weight,the amount of fat surrounding the kidneys and the testicles.Results The contents of fat and cholesterol in the feces in the test group were higher than those in the control group with significant difference.The TG,TC and VLDL in the test group were lower than the control group with significant difference.The increase of the body weight and the amount of fat surrounding the kidneys and the testicles were lower than the control group with significant difference.Conclusion PA can inhibit the absorption of fat, down-regulate the level of blood lipid and reduce the deposit of fat. ......
