    【摘要】 目的 分析服用药物期间饮酒对机体造成的损害。方法 通过典型病例介绍了服药期间乙醇在体内的异常代谢和“双硫仑样反应”。结果 “双硫仑样反应”可造成机体乙醛中毒，服药后饮酒还可使体内酪胺大量蓄积、加重肝毒性、神经系统抑制等，并可降低药物的中毒极限量使人更易中毒。其相关药理反应可引起消化道出血、血压升高、脑溢血、肝坏死等严重并发症和危急重症。结论 服药后饮酒可对机体造成严重损害。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze the injury to the human body induced by the alcohol drinking when the drugs are used. Methods The abnormal metabolism and the Disulfirom-like reaction of the ethanol in the human body when the drugs were used were analyzed by introducing the typical cases. Results The Disulfirom-like reaction could induce the acetaldehyde poisoning.
