【摘 要】 目的 探讨咸宁疗养区自然疗养因子的特点及应用，为其充分利用提供依据。方法 收集相关资料，并对其自然疗养因子进行分析。结果 咸宁山青水秀，景观迷人，气候适宜，平均气温17.5℃，平均风速1.5 m/s，平均相对湿度74.4%，平均降雨量1 577.4 mm。负离子浓度高，温泉资源丰富。结论 咸宁疗养区自然疗养因子较为丰富，其在康复、保健及疾病的治疗方面具有重要作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristics and application of Xianning Sanitariums' natural convalecent factors and make them used efficiently. Methods Some ecological factors were collected and analyzed. Results There are many green hills and beautiful waters in Xianning.Scenery is unrivalled.The climate is pleasant.The average temperature, the wind speed, the relative humidity and the rainfall in ayear were 17.5℃, 1.5 m/s,74.4% and 1 577.4 mm respectively. The concentration of negative ions is higher and the recourses of hot spring is plentiful.Conclusion There are a lot of natural convalecent factors in Xianning Sanitarium that play an important role in recovering one's health, improving health level and treating diseases.
