【摘 要】 目的 评价超声诊断跟腱损伤的价值，并分析超声波和蜡疗对其治疗作用。方法 对85例患侧跟腱行高频超声波纵切和横向滑行扫查，并与健侧作对比。其中，30例的超声结果与手术比较；55例行蜡疗、超声波等综合方法理疗。结果 85例中，挫伤28例，部分撕裂伤27例，完全撕裂伤30例(与手术结果全部符合)。声像图可见患侧跟腱较健侧明显增厚、肿胀，腱回声不均匀，其间可见低或无回声区，断端回声不规整。综合方法理疗可以消肿止痛和促进再生。结论 高频超声检查可确定跟腱损伤的部位及程度，保守治疗过程中蜡疗配合低强度脉冲超声波(LIPUS)具有很强的实用价值。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate the diagnosis value of ultrasound on Achilles's tendon damages,and to analyze the effect of ultrasonic wave and wax therapy on it.Methods The affected side of Achilles's tendon in 85 patient were scanned longitudinally and transversely by high frequency ultrasound,and compared with contralateral.30 cases of the ultrasound results were compared with the operation results;and 55 cases of patients were treated by wax therapy and ultrasound.ResultsIn the 85 cases of patients,there were 28 cases of contusion,27 cases of partial laceration,and 30 cases of complete laceration (were all consistent with the results of operation completely).Sonogram showed that the affected Achilles's tendon was thickened and swelled, and the echo was not homogeneous.Low echo area and no echo area could be seen in the sonogram, and the echo at broken end was irregular.Detumescence,odynolysis,and regeneration could be achieved by physical therapy with comprehensive methods.Conclusion The damage location and degree could be determined by high frequency ultrasound;there was a significant clinical value of wax therapy combined with LIPUS in expectant treatment. ......
