【摘 要】 目的 通过调查舰艇疗养员视力及眼疾的状况，提出预防措施。方法 对377名舰艇疗养员按舰种和工作环境不同分成3组(艇员Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)。进行常规标准对数视力、小瞳孔眼底和Y25-E型裂隙显微灯双眼晶状体等检查。采用x²检验进行组间显著性检验。结果 3组参检人377人，患近视眼86人；外眼晶状体混浊18人；慢性结膜炎53人；沙眼、倒睫等其他眼疾11人。3组艇员患近视眼人数，经统计学分析，组间无显著差异。晶状体混浊患者，组间有显著差异。结论 舰艇艇员主要眼疾是单双眼屈光不正、晶状体混浊、结膜炎和沙眼等，应采取相应的预防和保健措施。

    【Abstract】 Objective To propose the preventive measures based on the investigation on eyesight state and eye diseases of navy personnel serving on ships. Methods 377 members of navy personnel serving on ships were divided into 3 groups according to ship's type and working environment, and some routine examinations were conducted, such as Miushi standard logarithmic visual acuity chart, small pupil eyeground and examination on binocular lens under an Y25-E type of fracture microscopic lamp. The significance between the groups was tested by x² test. Results Among the 377 members of the 3 groups, 86 suffered from myopia, 18 from external eye lens opacity, 53 from chronic conjunctivitis and 11 form other eye diseases such as trachoma and trichiasis. After statistic analysis, there was no significant difference of the numbers of individuals with myopia among the 3 groups, but there was a significant difference of the numbers of individuals with lens opacity among the 3 groups. ConclusionThe main eye diseases affecting navy ship's personnel were monocular or binocular ametropia, lens opacity, conjunctivitis, trachoma, etc., and the corresponding preventive and health care measures are required. ......
